Competitive athletes workout alongside those looking to get started in adopting a healthy lifestyle. Powerlifters, track athletes, strongmen (and women), CrossFitters, Zumba crowds, martial artists, cyclists, soccer, baseball, basketball, and hockey players, and their families all work out in our awesome facility.

Great place, my son absolutely loves his Cross fit class. I enjoy the easy, friendly atmosphere. Can't beat it

The best gym I've ever been to! The coaches are awesome and everyone is super nice! I've gone to workout more in 2 months than I have on the last 2 years at Planet Fitness! Best life choice evaaaaar!
Awesome gym with a ton of equipment. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Unlike other gyms that want to charge an arm and a leg for a day pass, I got a 2 week free trial membership. That was a major contributor to me signing up for a membership, which is very affordable.
I got my membership to "The Gym" this past year to workout with different friends. I was immediately welcomed and surprised by the hospitality. What I like about the gym is they actually care about the person rather than the money. Rather than other big chain gyms saying have a nice workout or not even acknowledging you, the gym takes the time to ask you how you've been? What's new?
