Today was my first time back to CrossFit class since before the Pandemic started. I felt comfortable that management has put a sanitation plan in action to keep customers safe from the virus. If your thinking about going back to work out or looking for a safe gum to go to, The Gym is one of the best gyms. Wear your mask, keep a safe distance, wipe down the equipment you use and get your workout.

G&TL has different areas for what ever your fitness modality. Powerlifting? Check. Crossfit, cardio, machines? Check. Strongman? Check. The owners and people are great, and the prices are very reasonable. Love it here!

As a former two time state champion and national champion bodybuilder my workout requirements have changed over the years. The Gym and Tan-Studio has remained my "Go -To" spot for a great workout experience!!!! Wonderful owners, knowledgeable trainers and friendly members. I must say it feels like home to me !
This is the best gym I have ever gone too. great atmosphere to push yourself. And I cant speak highly enough about the owners.
I never have to wait to use any of their equipment. Most people dont go there for social hour and hold machines up lo like at LA Fitness or any of those other big corporate gyms. The owners always take time to help me with any questions I have about my workout along with all of the other trainers! It is a family owned business and you can tell! I always recommend this gym to friends and strangers!!
