I love this place!!! It's just the right size, it's clean and doesn't get terribly crowded like a lot of franchise gyms. I will be here for another 7 years.

It's got that "Average Joe's" comfort for people that are serious about their fitness. It feels like everyone is a regular and there to do work, however it is personally defined. The staff are VERY cool and friendly as well, unlike other gyms where the trainers can seem a bit snide. Ample equipment, great location and good people- I think the steady clientele and increase in membership speaks for itself.
