Despite months of requests, Fitness Best Buy failed to refund my purchase price for returned equipment. Thereafter, after my threatening legal action, they issued a refund check which promptly bounced and over the last month they have failed to reissue a valid check and provided a list of excuses that are too lengthy to list. Bottom line is this company has no integrity and does not honor its contractual obligations. I am out almost 3k and it appears I will need to resort to legal action.
