Extremely terrible property management company. I have been trying to contact somebody for almost a month about my lease renewal and there has been zero response after the first email. The management company also keeps raising my rent after living in the same building for 4 years.
This company took over 1835 lofts and it’s been hell since. Recommend anywhere but here.

I'm glad I came here to leave this review after reading the reviews. I am definitely dodging a bullet. I called the number they have listed for the Berger Building all last week with no answer or returned call. Today when someone finally answered he was rude, short with me, and when I asked for a virtual showing because I live out of state and nobody was responsive while I was in town this past week, he was dismissive and suddenly in a 3 second span told me there was no availability which cannot be true since he was clearly ... read more
