Just moved into the Fountain Building last week and am extremely disappointed. Hidden fees buried in the lease. Was informed during my tour that the water was a flat rate of $40/month. Then to find my first month I was charged $80.00. Was unaware they charged $40.00 per a person for water. They also raised the rate of renters insurance. Was posted as $18.00 then was charged $25.00. The worst management company I've ever dealt with by far. Very quickly ruined 1835 Arch st in a matter of months after taking it over. Unprofessional, unresponsive management that will ghost you if you ever need something.
This goes out to Juan who has been our Super for five years. He is always cordial, quick, And responsive. We have had multiple maintenance issues over the tenure of our time at our apartment and Juan always been there to assist us in getting it solved, repaired, replaced. Even when we have not necessarily agreed with property management and their practices, his maintenance has always been on point.
This is Gy Property in Baltimore, No one seems to care about a Shed that has fallen down & a safety issue or a Dumpster that seems to hardly get emptied & all the Bulk trash piled up on the side of the dumpster, maintenance here seems to be HORRIBLE OR GROUNDS MAN WHICH EVER THIS IS A TERRIBLE EYE SORE!!!!!
