They are always professional but are also just genuinely nice people. They’ve always given me the best price and they’ve fixed my car even when I had no idea anything was wrong with it. They’re also patient when I’m talking gibberish because I have no idea what is wrong with my car and they fix it and then tell me what was wrong in plain English.
My car got a flat tire. I was going to call my roadside assistance but it was going to cost $50, just to change the tire, not fix it. I called Gwynn's and told them about the flat. They sent a man out to my house and he removed the tire, took it back to the shop. They gave me two options- if it's fixable they would fix it, bring it back and replace it then "when you get the time" come in and pay for the repair OR if it was shot they would give me a loaner tire until the brand I wanted would come in (the next day) so I could ... read more
