I have been living here for close to two years. It has mostly been a good experience. But, when my upstairs neighbors first moved in they stomped around everywhere at all hours. I thought it was just the excitement of first moving in. But, months later it hasn't stopped. One or the other is home 24/7. They sleep during the day and are most active in the evenings. NO COMMUNICATION!! DONT BOTHER APPLYING!! Edit: even after I sent TWO requests to cancel my application that I wasn’t going forward they still charged my account for a holding fee. WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ME. Ignoring my requests. Still not providing any information. Older: Before I even moved I had problem after problem. They had me accommodate a late move out from my current complex only to increase the proposed rent since it was a “different date from when I applied to a different date now.”. amazing experience from top to bottom , I was greeted as soon as i walked in, offered snacks and beverages and received great service and all my questions were answered.
If you’re ok with your water randomly being off for hours and the leasing office not informing of SCHEDULED utility outages, then maybe you’ll survive paying the costs of this property, while they fail to supply utilities they bill for. Utilities are never consistent, contacting the office, they’ll admit they forget to inform residents of scheduled repairs before the outage, have an attitude that you even mentioned it and ask for a time frame , and then send emails hours AFTER, the water has been off.
