I have been living here for close to two years. It has mostly been a good experience. But, I have neighbors that moved into the apartment above mine that are a nightmare. When they first moved in they stomped around everywhere at all hours. I thought it was just the excitement of first moving in. But, months later it hasn't stopped. One or the other is home 24 x 7. BEWARE OF MORGAN PROPERTIES!!! (GWYNN OAKS) I moved here in October 2024 and can't wait to leave solely because of how poor the customer service is here. Before signing a lease here please know you will not be able to reach any corporate office regarding complaints you may have. You will only be able to tell the property manager Tinia who proudly has NO regard for tenants and their needs.
