amazing experience from top to bottom , I was greeted as soon as i walked in, offered snacks and beverages and received great service and all my questions were answered.
If you’re ok with your water randomly being off for hours and the leasing office not informing of SCHEDULED utility outages, then maybe you’ll survive paying the costs of this property, while they fail to supply utilities they bill for. Utilities are never consistent, contacting the office, they’ll admit they forget to inform residents of scheduled repairs before the outage, have an attitude that you even mentioned it and ask for a time frame , and then send emails hours AFTER, the water has been off. I have live at Gwynn Brook Town home for 16 years now I would like to transfer to apartment living all on one level, it is very the transfer application is very difficult. ,
KJ and Freddy came to my townhouse installed new washing machine. They diid excellent job. Keep up the great work.
DOOOO NOT! They have mice and roaches! After 2 mos of living here came home to find a huge mouse jumping off the kitchen table. Waking up to droppings in the bathroom tub and sink. You may luck up and get a good building but, good lord! They sent out an email that they were blitz exterminating a whole court in June! Do Not. and there is clearly a group home in the apartment below.
