I guess following up with prospective tenants isn't their strongest point. I've submitted an online inquiry about a week ago. A voicemail was left for me to schedule a tour. Called back after the 4th of July weekend to schedule a tour and confirmed that they had a one bedroom available with washer and dryer. I am still waiting for someone to follow up with me. Luckily I went online and saw that there was not any apartments left with washer and dryer. I guess they will blame it on COVID-19.
Maintenance is great! Rental office is nice. Property keeps landscape really kept up I absolutely love it here
Ms. Shawnda & Ms. Deanna are the BEST!! They are very helpful and took the time to explain things that I didn't understand. I will recommend Gwynn Crest to my family and friends.
