I had an excellent experience with the entire team at GWR. After discovering a roof leak, they responded promptly and resolved the issue efficiently. A special shoutout to Giovanni, who was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process. Choosing a company to install a new roof is a matter of trust. I can't emphasize enough how impressed I have been with the entire process with Gulf Western. While its understandable that all roofers are very busy due to the recent hurricane it's unacceptable that GWR refuses to respond to their own website "request for estimate", emails and phone calls (even after I was promised that someone would return my call). It's both disrespectful and unprofessional. This company installed our roof and we used their repair services several years ago but apparently that's still an insufficient reason to warrant a response.
