While its understandable that all roofers are very busy due to the recent hurricane it's unacceptable that GWR refuses to respond to their own website "request for estimate", emails and phone calls (even after I was promised that someone would return my call). It's both disrespectful and unprofessional. This company installed our roof and we used their repair services several years ago but apparently that's still an insufficient reason to warrant a response.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Gulf Western Roofing, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly attentive to my needs. Needed to have my roof checked for any cracked or broken roof tiles before proceeding with interior painting. Gulf Western was very responsive and had a team out for an inspection within days of my call.
Excellent company to work with. Kept us updated on progress. Very efficient team and great supervision on the work being performed.
A driver in one of their vehicles cut people off including myself. And laid on his horn after doing so. I ended up passing him and he proceeded to flip me off. Every lane change was overly aggressive to the point his truck would tilt.
