Gulf Western Roofing is a local company with highly experienced staff. They provided a new roof for me following Hurricane Irma in 2019. During bi annual checks there have been a couple of minor issues to address, but the team is always very focused, courteous and careful with what they do especially with a complex roof -see photo. We asked for over a month for this Pulte roofing contractor to repair damaged tiles from a flat concrete tile roof. After many attempts, we had another company replace the tiles. We requested 50 more tiles and they wanted to charge us $1,000 to pickup 50 tiles. A tile roof that was installed just a couple months ago. I had an excellent experience with the entire team at GWR. After discovering a roof leak, they responded promptly and resolved the issue efficiently. A special shoutout to Giovanni, who was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process.
