GWR have no respect for customers. They should come to check the dryier vent in the attic. They gave 4-h waiting time and noone showed up. They don't answer the calls.
I have used the team at Gulf Western Group twice now in the past few years, including after a hurricane - it is never a fun situation when there are roof issues, but the team at GW led by Chris Fox went above and beyond each time to make the process as painless as possible. Gulf Western Roofing is a local company with highly experienced staff. They provided a new roof for me following Hurricane Irma in 2019. During bi annual checks there have been a couple of minor issues to address, but the team is always very focused, courteous and careful with what they do especially with a complex roof -see photo. One of the few (if not only) great roofing companies in SW Florida. Super responsive, great employees, and they stand behind their work.
We asked for over a month for this Pulte roofing contractor to repair damaged tiles from a flat concrete tile roof. After many attempts, we had another company replace the tiles. We requested 50 more tiles and they wanted to charge us $1,000 to pickup 50 tiles. A tile roof that was installed just a couple months ago. GWR partnered with Pulte, one of the most trusted builders in America who built an excellent 10/10 home.
