having just moved in to High Park, my unit had been renovated.. but there were a couple of issues. When I contacted GWLRA, the issues were addressed and fixed very quickly (one within 30 minutes of reaching out the concierge). Everyone has been very friendly and responsive. Building is very clean - including all of the amenities. I hope my experience is the new normal, compared to the negative reviews I've read..
Farrah has been very helpful throughout my whole process from the apartment inquiry to the eventual move-in. She is upfront about tenant requests and has good follow-up about communications and accommodations between GWLRA and the community manager, Sheri.
Awful property management. Steer clear if you can.
