Don't rent an apartment at Livmore High Park. The managers and maintenance staff are a joke! I have been without a dishwasher for a month. There have been 6 maintenance guys in my unit at 6 different times, trying to "fix it", including a technician - but just end up breaking some other part of it. Instead of just handing me a working dishwasher and figuring out how to fix it in their own time, I have been stuck having to wake up at 5 am to wash dishes by hand. having just moved in to High Park, my unit had been renovated.. but there were a couple of issues. When I contacted GWLRA, the issues were addressed and fixed very quickly (one within 30 minutes of reaching out the concierge). Everyone has been very friendly and responsive. Building is very clean - including all of the amenities. I hope my experience is the new normal, compared to the negative reviews I've read..
Farrah has been very helpful throughout my whole process from the apartment inquiry to the eventual move-in. She is upfront about tenant requests and has good follow-up about communications and accommodations between GWLRA and the community manager, Sheri.
Awful property management. Steer clear if you can.
