Don't rent or lease with this firm coz 31 dec 24 up 2 January 2025 last 3 days no power supply at 1 unit but no one is listening our complaints called several times
Management people just take care of their own community people, doesn't solve maintenance problems of others. what ever price you see today they will add suddenly increased $200 after 2 days. You will meet people in elevator rented$1400 6 months ago. For same unit they are charging $3000 now. . how come within 6 months you robbers charge double. They did not deserved One star also I moved on 31 august and They provide me parking spot and some one occupied that parking. I complaint in office regarding this but no one response properly. They are very unprofessional people work over there.
Avoid at all cost, coming from a tenants at High Park Ave and Pacific Ave managed by GWLRA. Some of them are non-rent controlled buildings. Theft, robberies, single pane window glasses in apt, homeless taking shelter within premises, maintenance issues, rude staff, almost 15-20% YoY rent increase for non-rent controlled properties, Above guideline rent increase, etc. are very common and they don't care in addressing or resolving any issues.
If You see GWL Realty Advisors - just turn 180 degrees and start walking and keep walking ;) Best advice I can give You!
