Very disappointing experience. We were repeatedly told our baby was close to discharge, but each time there was another oxygen or heart rate “episode” that delayed leaving. Communication felt unclear and inconsistent. When we requested medical records for clarity, we were denied. This left us feeling frustrated and not fully informed about our baby’s care.
I delivered my first child here with Dr. Katie Tuggle. While I had a long induction with some complications, it was the best delivery I could have hoped for. The entire care team in L&D and the mom & baby unit were amazing. Nurse Lily did a wonderful job taking care of us and my daughter during our stay. So thankful for everyone there and if I decide to have another there’s no other place I’d choose.

I delivered my first child at a different hospital and was a little nervous about what my experience would be like here. I had my baby here about 2 months ago and cannot rate this hospital highly enough. Everything was even better than expected - spacious and well-equipped delivery room, caring and professional nursing staff, and tons of small touches that went a long way. I would gladly deliver here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great birthing experience!
