Our experience from this place is a nightmare to my children and I every day. I lost the love of my life and father of 2 small children from Chris"s visit to see Dr. Perry. He gave him 2 strong doses of the powerful drug levaquin on January 11th and he suddenly died 6 days later. It was a painful horrible death for him and he suffered so much.
