I dropped off my car in the morning and it was ready at lunch time. I had an oil change, transmission fluid changed, and injectors cleaned. I was very pleased with the service.
Had an oil change done. Promised an hour to be done and it was. Great job on following through by Gwinnett Place Honda. Also got a car wash. Great service.

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation as I viewed through the glass window I noticed the technician did not rotate my tires he brought my car around and I stopped him and I said you didn't rotate my tires and he said oh I didn't so he took the car back and started rotating the tires the service advisor went around there to see the technician he oversaw the rotation of the tires and brought my car around when finished he said it would be brought to the manager's attention about the technician not rotating my tires s... read more
Awesome service
I visited Gwinnett Honda Place on Friday to get an oil change and have my car checked because I was going on a road trip. They gave me a paper with the “results” of their inspection and it said everything was ok with the battery. On Sunday I had to waste almost half of my Mom’s birthday in the middle of nowhere because the battery was completely dead and I had to go buy a new one.
