I brought my Element in because of shaking in the front end. I was told the right cv axle needed replacement. After that didn't fix the shaking I was told the left cv axle needed replacement. When that still didn't fix the shaking I was told the intermediate axle would need to be replaced if the shaking bothered me. For the airbag recall of my 2006 Honda pilot, I called this dealer service department 2 months ago and they let me waiting the part order and they said that will call me, but never received call me back, Then 1 month ago, I come into their service department to register again in person. Our Honda Civic is almost 10 years old with close to 200,000 miles. My wife drives 70 miles a day for work so having a safe and reliable car is paramount. We have had our car serviced regularly at Sussman Honda since we bought it and it still runs great. Service manager Ken Rizzo is great! He is fair and honest and communicates well when work is needed. Trust me, ask for Ken!
