Getting your car repaired is never fun, but accidents happen. I've been in to this place four times with different vehicles that have been hit from behind. The lobby of the facility is very nice and you don't feel like you're in a typical repair shop. The service when you come in is top notch, though they are busy so you might have to wait 5-10 minutes. Whether I'm paying for the repair and settling up with the insurance after, or the other driver's insurance is paying up front the end result is the same, service and quality... read more
I took my car here to have some body work done after a crash. I recieved an estimate put together by an insurance adjuster. She did a good job of explaining all the work that was involved in the repair. They said the repair would take 4 days. They did it in 2.5. When I got my car back the work and painting they did was so good, it made the rest of the car look bad! lol. Clint was great! – I had an accident last Thursday during the ice storm! After I met with the insurance estimator, I took it to Clint at Gwinnett Place. He was very professional and gave me the attention to detail I needed. I was able to get a rental car while at the body shop. Today I was able to pick my car up to my surprise. Clint was great to work with and I would return if I ever needed to.
Ionly needed to have a pair of mirrors painted to match my car. I was quoted $50 for each mirror (which was far cheaper than I expected) and that it would only take one day for them to complete. I called the next day and they were ready to be picked up. The paint job is perfect; matches 100%! Travis was great to work with and I'm highly impressed with not only the quality and the price, but also the next day turn around.
