Dr was very nice, but the office just can’t seem to request or follow up on medical records, so now my husband is having eyes issues and they keep wanting to schedule, but he needs to see those records from the previous ophthalmologist before he can compare them. I have called and emailed multiple times. It has been a couple of months since they had what they needed from us. I really appreciated Dr Ume and the way they run this practice. Totally professional and most importantly, trust. Dr Ume earned my trust simply by doing what he does. Honest assessment and great advice. And the payment. I was told what the payment would be up front before treatment. That’s never happened anywhere else. I’ll 100% always go here for any of my family or my needs.
Dr. Ume and his staff are wonderful. The office is welcoming and clean. Dr. Ume always takes the time to listen to my concerns. I’ve always been scared of eye procedures and he reassures me every time. He is kind and gentle and has cleared up my styes.
This is a great practice! It was so easy to book an appointment and the office is so welcoming and clean. Dr. Ume was wonderful— very kind & gentle. I had an ongoing issue for months and he was very proactive and had it all fixed at the first visit. Definitely recommend!!!
Dr. Ume and his staff are absolutely amazing. My mother needed an urgent checkup last week and they took us in last minute. Dr. Ume explained her situation to me very well and helped me calm down. He then referred us to another facility for next steps. 100% recommend. The professionalism and kindness here are amazing.
