Understaffed, first and foremost. I went on a Saturday and had to wait 20 minutes to speak to anyone. Saturday is your busiest day, be prepared. They ask for my trade in info (VIN, miles, etc.) before I even looked inside of the car I was interested in. AKA WE JUST WANT MONEY. and they have absolutely NO PARKING available for customers. Most importantly, they just acted like they don't care and they are too good to be there. You aren't a Land Rover Dealership people. Just don't go here. Save yourself some sanity!
Terrific service and.great quality. The team here is wonderful for servicing your car and they are quick, honest and.thorough. I will keep coming here for my car.
Extremely rude staff...They don't know anything about selling cars or doing title work on time.
I called numerous times over a week's period... absolutely no one answered in service... i left messages for them to call me back... no one has called me back at all... on the contrary, when i call Hyundai, they answer right away starting 7am... parts or service...
