I give them zero stars if I could, hell if I could I would give them negative stars. This emergency hospital should be ashamed. They have staff that barely call the patients and they still have a number of ppl waiting to be called. Their facility should be ran better with service. They have cops guarding the door not really doing anything except for being in the way. To make matters worse they charge you in TO PARK around the emergency lot. Don't take yourself or your loved ones here if you can help it. I admitted myself and experienced long delays in having basic needs addressed, even after making multiple requests. My concerns about a feminine medical issue were repeatedly dismissed, which led to avoidable discomfort and extreme embarrassment. Mental health patients deserve the same dignity and compassion as any other patient, although I understand we may experience longer wait times due to the nature of illness (which would have been fine if my bathroom requ... read more
