First time at the ER room, for my son. The doctor and nurses there are awesome, they took us in quickly and took good care of my son. I would definitely go to this place for any future emergency needs
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you have an option go to another emergency room or an urgent care if you are able to. Took about 8 hours from walking in to walking out. A lot of waiting. Staff was friendly and place was clean so giving them 1 star.
Horrible
This place is absolute TRASH! Me and my 9yo son got here in an ambulance at 7:30pm and it is 1:20am and they have not called us back to be seen. I've asked multiple times and no one has come. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, I hope they close it down!
Horrible response time... Waited over 4 hours for an xray,( which never came) encountered very rude employees when we tried to ask what we were in the system for...One nurse told us we needed stitches, another said nail removal....and turns out it is a crushed fingertip from the injury. Northside did not improve this place at all! Avoid at all cost!! Speaking of cost, you have to pay to park at the ER. What a racket!
