If you are in need of urgent care please don’t come to Northside Gwinnett. My daughter was being seen for nausea and diarrhea. When we were called back my daughter had to lay in a bed in the hallway. Talked to the doctor in the hallway, received her meds and IV all in the hallway. This is very unsanitary. People in beds in the hallway crying for help while in bed. John’s creek ER would NEVER !!!!! Absolutely the worst ER!!!!
I was fainting and felt extremely hot and I’ve never seen nurses move and talk so slow while I was going out of consciousness. The wait was terrible and the nurses have a terrible terrible attitude. The only kind person was the male nurse who took my blood for a bacterial infection test. Also was told I had food poisoning but come to find out I had Norovirus and was fainting from the dehydration and losing fluids so quickly.
You’ll wait over 3 hours for and nasal and throat swab results. Security is rude. No one will speak up when they talk to you even after you say “huh? What was that? I’m hard hearing I need you to speak up.” More than once. From hear on out I will be driving 40-60 minutes to northeast Georgia medical hospital because this is just down right ridiculous!!!
This place doesn’t even deserve a one star review, was at the ER for over 7 hours in the WAITING ROOM, and no one can seem to give you any kind of update, and god forbid you ask them a question they look at you with this nasty look. This is just crazy don’t ever come here.
New hospital..... for what?!? - A ton of money wasted to look pretty, only to be totally inefficient. A shining example of healthcare at it's worst. Hurry up and wait........ then get a huge bill for your wasted time and poor treatment.
