useless nurses won’t even answer the phone. and the dominican nurse at the front with the big black glasses is incredibly rude. try to get a different nurse if you can.
It takes hours & hours to be seen.If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
If I could give negative stars I would. I am severely traumatized by the whole experience. 7 hours of hell just to get pain medicine. I got there at 11 pm and wasn't treated until 6-7 am. I told them I had multiple issues to 3 different people. Nobody checked me out for the other issues I had to beg. Nobody helped me until I started crying in misery. The nursing staff are never service minded. They are rude especially to international patients. They call names seared from Quick look room, rather than using a microphone or coming outside the room so the patients will hear clearly. Half the time they chat within themselves. They ask questions in between their chat which was difficult to answer. Also asking questions while thermometer was in my mouth shows how much of involvement the nurse had in her job. I was a patient here in Northside hospital was highly disrespected by the social worker or Care coordinator upon speaking about discharge I was told by one doctor that they were going to discuss with rehab for physical therapy and then this lady comes into my room yelling at me and very disrespectful as if I've done something wrong and I'm a patient laying in the bed just had surgery and trying to heal she's telling me about I'm being discharged with the doctor told me that I was going to rehab facility lack of communication... read more
