I’ve had the same nurse call me back all the time. Today, some unprofessional, uneducated female by the name of Sybil (go figure) called me back. This little girl had the nerve to say “ you didn’t think to get your refill at your visit last week”. Obviously idiot, I thought there was a refill on it. Besides you should NEVER call a patient back and say something so rude. Urinalysis results not received in timely fashion. No response to weekend call.
I have never felt so respected as a person in a medical setting before. I almost wish I had some condition that required more frequent visits than an annual physical! Tia and Dr. Kesavan have the best bedside manner I've ever encountered. Connie worked like crazy to find specialists that used my insurance. Almost no waiting at any point; in the waiting room, in the exam room, for my lab work, even when they needed to repeat a test they were in the room immediately.
