Absolutely terrible experience with Gwinnett Clinic. The staff was unprofessional, disorganized, and extremely rude throughout the entire process. Maria in particular was very dismissive, rude, and acted like helping patients was an inconvenience. I dealt with repeated prescription mistakes, constant runarounds, poor communication, and zero accountability from the office. I had a horrible experience with this location and when I made it known to the public, Gwinnett Clinic sent me a letter stating they would no longer serve me or my family. NEWS FLASH, I would never allow Gwinnett Clinic to serve me and my family. I have NO DESIRE TO RETURN TO GWINNETT CLINIC. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, THE DOCTORS ARE TERRIBLE.
