I recently moved to Dr. Anup Patel as my primary care physician. I had a wonderful experience with him and his staff, and I highly recommend them. Dr. Patel has an excellent manner, and was extremely helpful. Doctors can often be intimidating, and I didn't experience that at all here. I also want to recommend Marissa Macdonald, MP. Both of them made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of.
Waist of time made me come to an appointment and failed to tell me they don’t accept my insurance.
Absolutely terrible experience with Gwinnett Clinic. The staff was unprofessional, disorganized, and extremely rude throughout the entire process. Maria in particular was very dismissive, rude, and acted like helping patients was an inconvenience. I dealt with repeated prescription mistakes, constant runarounds, poor communication, and zero accountability from the office. I love love love my Dr Sheed. She is warm and understanding and also patient and compassionate with my crazy self. I wouldn’t change change my doctor ever!!
