I had a horrible experience with this location and when I made it known to the public, Gwinnett Clinic sent me a letter stating they would no longer serve me or my family. NEWS FLASH, I would never allow Gwinnett Clinic to serve me and my family. I have NO DESIRE TO RETURN TO GWINNETT CLINIC. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, THE DOCTORS ARE TERRIBLE. This location is horrible. The administrative staff is unprofessional and not customer service friendly. Dr. Jatayah Sheed is unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend a dog to see her. I made an appointment for a physical and when I got there the front office had switched the appointment to a women wellness exam so Dr. Carol A Thomas only performed a pap smear.
