Very honest and professional! I had an appointment to get front brakes because somebody at another shop told me I needed them. When the technician at Gwinnett Car Care remove my tires he was confused as to why I was there to replace my brakes and rotors because I still have 45% life left to the brake pads and my rotors were fine. He gave me an oil change and rotated my tires and I was on my way. I was very grateful for his honesty and that he didn't try to take advantage.
Great service with a smile. I just became a repeat customer 6 months ago. They have serviced me and my daughter on several occasions. I feel blessed that we found this shop. We have older cars and I don’t want a car note. They treat their customers well.
I give Gwinnett Car Care 10 stars. I took my car there to be repaired and they did a great job. The gentleman there was so kind and friendly.
My 2018 Ford Edge Had a broken lower engine mount…come to find out the part was on back order Nationwide!!! The tech ordered the part via Ebay and had my car fixed in days! Thanks for the great and quick service…only waited an hour once the part was in!
I didn’t know what to think at first but did that change. They took me in as soon as I got there to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Once they narrowed it down they gave me a time estimate and ordered parts. Since my car was being worked on I was going to order an Uber to drop off some precision machined parts for a customer of my machine Shop that I needed to turn in and due that day.
