I didn’t know what to think at first but did that change. They took me in as soon as I got there to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Once they narrowed it down they gave me a time estimate and ordered parts. Great service with a smile. I just became a repeat customer 6 months ago. They have serviced me and my daughter on several occasions. I feel blessed that we found this shop. We have older cars and I don’t want a car note. They treat their customers well.
Very honest and professional! I had an appointment to get front brakes because somebody at another shop told me I needed them. When the technician at Gwinnett Car Care remove my tires he was confused as to why I was there to replace my brakes and rotors because I still have 45% life left to the brake pads and my rotors were fine. He gave me an oil change and rotated my tires and I was on my way. I was very grateful for his honesty and that he didn't try to take advantage.
Being new to Georgia, I was having a difficult time finding a company I could trust with my car care needs. Gwinnett Car Care was recommended by my warranty company. So glad to have found them. The service that they provided was A1 and unmatched. There was an issue with my vehicle that my warranty company said they would cover, initially , only to deny the repair later. First time customer. Customer service was top notch. They went above and beyond on a simple oil change. Definitely will be a returning customer. I would highly recommend this place.
