Came here to give the 1 star, saw how low their star reviews are already, and now everything makes sense
Was here for a mammogram on the 11th of November 2025. I made full payment of 339 out of pocket hoping I will not get another bill in the mail. The following week, I got a surprise bill for 349. I called to asked why I was getting another bill, they told me the 339 I paid in the office is different from the 349 bill that was sent. They told me, the 349 is for their physician to read or explain the results to me. Firstly, no one ever called me from their office. I recently had a breast biopsy here. All the staff was great. My only issue I had was I called a few weeks before to get the CPT codes for the procedure so I can call my insurance. When I arrive to get registered I was told my responsibility was over $1,000 over what the insurance companies quoting me. It was actually quite a pain to even get CPT codes or how much my responsibility was. I probably had to make 20 different phone calls. That is unacceptable. Not recommended… I really don’t like to write this type of reviews but they pushed me. Before doing my annual mammogram I checked the coverage with: - my primary doctor. - my primary doctor’s assistant (twice). - called here to ask about coverage. - and my health insurance. They all agreed it was 100% covered unless it was a 3D… I wasn’t scheduled for a 3D but guess what they did without informing me? Yes! , a 3D. And I got the bill for it of course.
