Earlier today (3/19/25), I had an appointment for an annual screening mammogram. I had been to this facility for mammograms/ultrasounds previously. Today was just the regular screening mammogram, and today I was on the opposite side of the facility as in the past. The receptionist who greeted me was very pleasant and helped me get signed in as normal. However, the customer service and patient care was sketchy beyond that point. I am deeply angry and disappointed with the service provided by the hospital. I had a mammography check on August 12th as a self-paying patient and had paid the discounted fee in cash. However, a week later, I received an email with an additional charge, which I do not understand. Recently, I found that my account balance had been adjusted to zero on the hospital's website when I made a payment. My Appointment was at 10 : 00..I arrived at 9:15, was greeted by the front receptionist, courteous and polite..waited to see registration easy,courteous, maybe its me but I hate when I give my id cards to a person, they slide them back to me....waited 10-15 minutes was called to da back, given a gown, waited bout 15 to 20 minutes..was called, SHARON VERY SWEET PROFESIONAL! MY Experience was A Good one.Thanks.

Terrible time management of appointments. I was told to arrive at 9:00am for a 9:30am appointment. It is now 11:00am and I am still waiting to be called back. I won’t use this location in the future.
