Unfortunately had a bad experience getting basic service done that included cosmetic rim repair. It took over 2 weeks to get the work completed during which the service advisor asked me to call the repair service (Dent Wizard) to see if I can get an update. I immediately got in contact with the supervisor at Dent Wizard and had the issue resolved in 10 minutes. The lack of professionalism and having to resolve a simple warranty authorization issue myself means I will be using another dealership for service in the future.
