She was nice, but she performs a lot of unnecessary invasive testing that leaves you not only with a lot of medical bills, but you leaving her office with fear that you have cancer. Her billing Clerk, not only continuously processes your claims for billing improperly, she is extremely rude. My insurance company and myself received 5 sperate bills under 3 different Doctor's names for one office visit with Mrs. Horschel. I think she is wonderful. She has compassion, and she is thorough. I felt well taken care of in that office today. I plan to continue care with her indefinitely.

She was dismissive and defensive when I asked questions about her analysis of my ultrasound and options as if I should just accept what she suggested no questions asked. She refused to use the ultrasound that was done at the same facility/Health First indicating she didn't trust it and wanted to do them over with her staff. I had the ultrasound done again in her office; afterwards she only suggested surgical procedures and refused to share the findings she had printed out. It was disconcerting.
