Always at least an hour wait in waiting room, then another half hour in exam room half naked! Seems native Koreans get preference since these patients coming after me are called before me. Also patients were packed together in waiting room during pandemic! What's up with staff? Dr.Chung herself is good, though. Caring, answers questions , knowledgeable, positive energy. But not sure I want to wait for her that long, especially if you have a medical concern!

I found Dr. Chung to be absolutely lovely. She was professional and compassionate. She explained my test results and projected next steps. I realize that long waits for Drs. Are due to too many patients and not enough doctors. It’s a nationwide condition and one that must be addressed. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I've been with Dr. Chung for over a couple of years now. I like her. I feel that she is thorough, but quick. She answers any questions I may have and gives recommendations. The staff at the office have always been friendly to me.

Came in with an urgent appointment, waited for 1.5 hours, then told us that the doctor didn't have time. No re-booking because the doctor was full for the next week. I was recommended to go to urgent care.

The staff and doctor were inconsiderate, condescending, and dismissive. I don't need that as a responsible patient in sincere pain and discomfort needing help. Further, the scheduling for urgent appointments was very difficult meaning this doctor can only be relied upon for checkups and minor problems that can wait weeks before treatment.
