Our experience of Dr Ziegler was above average and more. She asked pertinent, thoughtful questions and was very present. My son felt heard and was very relaxed with her. She was patient, kind and orientated toward “how can I help you?” She maintained eye contact pretty much the whole time. We couldn’t recommend her enough. For 25 years no Dr would help me with my work related head injury. Even the Dr on duty at hospital I had to go to the night my accident happened said that the accident didn't happen! if it didn't happen, then why did my supervisor who heard it come running to see if I was ok and forced me to go to the ER? I saw Dr Zeigler at Albany Med a week or two shy of 25 years later after the injury. Awesome! I love how they have Telehealth. That helps out so freaking much. Dr. Zeigler is awesome. Sad that she is moving. She has helped me more in a year than i had 4 years earlier. I will miss her. Thank you, Doctor Zeigler. You’ve made me have a normal life again.
Dr. Zeigler was very thorough and compassionate and wasn't condescending. She listened to all my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable with her suggestions.
