My girls and I have Fibromyalgia which often causes muscles to be more tense than the average person's. Gwen does an amazing job of gentle adjustments that don't cause more pain and also helping those muscles relax with stretching and gentle oppositional pressure/force. She is great about educating on how to keep healthy and pain free as well!! She never pushes any products but offers a few in her office should someone be interested. I cannot recommend her enough!
Dr.Pillow is Awesome!!! She doesn't just help with the pain, but she also shows me how to keep it from happening again.
