I took my vehicle in on March 17 to get a small dent removed out the lift gate, they kept my vehicle for 2 weeks before, i knew they so called needed to order a lift gate. Remind you my rental was 30 days so I am like hey, why did I have to contact yall for that info. 4/10 update. My car has now been there 7 weeks. It’s still not ready. After I was promised it would be ready this week. My entire experience has been horrible, and it’s on-going. I dropped my car off for repairs on 2/20. I was told that day “it’ll take about a month”. I understand that was an estimate. But once the tear down was complete it changed to 6 weeks. Brought my vehicle in for a new bumper and while everything was done in a timely manner, had a few issues. Upon picking my car up I noticed a fastener was missing to which they then installed (hope they installed the harder to see bits). The next day I noticed my paint had all these faint scratches all over the body of the car and windshield; circular scratches and going various directions, including the new, freshly painted, bumper.
