I was pleased from start to finish. The customer service representative was friendly and courteous. They had the rental agency pick me up to ensure I had transportation. Rashaun did an awesome job on repairing the body of my car. My daughter said that it looks better than before the accident. It actually looks like my car the day I purchased it.
