My alternator that was in the vehicle(Dr44) was removed and replaced with a smaller alternator with lower amperage. Center caps were missing that the manager replaced. Whoever is working in the repair shop is untrustworthy. The vehicle was brought in for collision repair of the front bumper and hood so there was no need to remove the alternator. Extremely disappointed with the service. I was treated disrespectfully by Rushan Hopson. A serious concern was raised after repair, and I was repeatedly dismissed instead of receiving clear support or accountability. I would not recommend this experience.
If you’re coming to see these guys, you probably aren’t having the best day, but they make it better by being friendly and helpful. They had my repairs done quickly and back in my car in no time. Super appreciative of the work they do and keeping me informed through the process.
