I’m not sure why there’s so many negative reviews, ultimately my experience with them was fantastic. I was involved in an accident that damaged my new Tesla. They got it fixed within 15 days, and communicated with updates throughout that period. My vehicle was even finished earlier than expected, and the work done is immaculate. Aneeka was very helpful, and kept me in the loop when I had any inquiries. I would recommend this place, especially if you have a Tesla.

Excellent customer service! Rashun was professional, respectful, and very informative throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions without pressure and made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the transparency and support. Would definitely come back again.

My alternator that was in the vehicle(Dr44) was removed and replaced with a smaller alternator with lower amperage. Center caps were missing that the manager replaced. Whoever is working in the repair shop is untrustworthy. The vehicle was brought in for collision repair of the front bumper and hood so there was no need to remove the alternator.
