Unprofessional. Don’t expect to get an xray done fast. Took over an hour and I missed my appointment because of it. No care in the world for people who don’t have all day to spend waiting
I am a kidney patient that called into to this place today to make an appointment for some X Rays to be completed. They told me that the kidney transplant on K St NW must call them and schedule my appointments . I think that is ridiculous! I might be busy on the day of the appointment that they schedule for me. I am not deaf, dum or blind, I can make my own appointments . This is very new to me. I think it’s very unfair to have to wait for a appointment for somebody else to make for me. Great experience for first MRI. Arrived 30 mins early for check-in and didn't have to wait long at all. Staff was super accommodating and welcoming. I was even able to get a CD of my MRI within 5 mins and received a report of my results day of. If anything, the reception is a little slow, but this is how it is at most hospitals so nothing unexpected.
The triage person was over 30min late so the techs and I had to sit there before anyone could get images taken. They never sent my images to ortho, and when I finally got them the reports weren't attached... and I'm still waiting.
