I wish I could give a zero star! I have been having problems for months, they asked me to do labs and images. After doing it all, they ghosted me. I keep calling and messaging them, no answer. Waste of time and money.
I had a great experience here. I needed a procedure done and they scheduled me for surgery a month later with no problems. Dr. Liu is excellent.
I have been to Dr. Sarah Cigna's SAGA center for a few times. Doctors are nice, but the scheduler Portia is very rude and inefficient. Portia won't call you back to schedule an appointment for weeks even with imminent appointment requests by doctors and multiple reminders from her colleagues. -ZERO STARS. If you are looking for providers who will shuffle you off from one doctor after another as if they're playing "Hot potato" or "Not it" with you as a patient, medically gaslight you, never return calls or portal messages, and are dismissive about your pain and the seriousness of your condition i.e. fibroids/endometriosis... Twice I have been here and both times my appointments have been less than 10 minutes. They do not take time to voluntarily explain anything beyond the absolute essential information and yet they made me feel like my follow up questions are an inconvenience to their time. Dismissive about the side effects/negative experiences I was sharing with them about my Mirena IUD.
