Service was excellent! Went for my appointment, and the young lady who check me in was so kind and so pleasant. The waiting wasn’t more than 2 minutes, and very easy, which is quite surprising. I’m also really scared of needles, and the phlebotomist Erica, was so jovial and sweet and made the experience so much better. Felt nothing ! Will go again for my lab work!
I have never had a worse experience trying to get blood drawn. Everything single employee we talked to was mean. Not rude, outright mean to us. I have a hard time getting blood drawn but the phlebotomist ignored me when I told her this. She tried to stick me, did a horrible job, it hurt like hell. She then yelled at me as I cried in pain that I hadn't drunk enough water. I had a full blown panic attack and she just continued to berate me. I will never use their services again. Go anywhere else
