I have multiple properties under contract with them. The contracts were signed about a week ago and properties are still not listed :/ I had exterior pictures of every property already for him to use. He had a photographer go out and not complete the job, since his photographer quit on him. (Why wouldn’t you do it yourself then?!) Kime has breached contract, breached fiduciary responsibility, occupational code (MCL 339.2512d), and has committed professional negligence.
