Your whole staff sucks your cooks have no idea on how to cook wild game

Stopped there on our way to Sturgis, great atmosphere, extremely friendly, ordered the 24 oz. Fabulous
We went for lunch only because we were in Post Falls and had never tried it. The service was very slow from the beginning. We were seated fairly quickly, but there were long stretches in between getting water, my husband getting his iced tea and then his soup. And then it took forever to get food -- maybe 45 minutes or so. At one point, the waitress came over to tell us that the chefs were "cooking away," but when we finally got our food it was barely warm. Stopped by yesterday for a few drinks and some appetizers. After my husband clearly said he did not like Hefeweizen he was brought a Hefeweizen instead of the IPA he asked for twice. We sat for 30 mins without any appetizers (waiter forgot to turn it in) place was not busy at all. Another table of 4 was served their food first. When we asked about our food the waiter response was "the cook is cooking" never actually checking on our order. Finally another person came out asked us if we were okay. Great family restaurant with delicious food! Their home style potatoes can't be beat! No ketchup needed! Seasoned to perfection, crispy, definitely recommend! Their meats are varied and delicious - elk, yak, buffalo or your run of the mill beef and chicken :) can't go wrong :)
This was the worst service if that is what you call it started out good got two glasses of water and two glasses of ice tea.from there it went very bad fast.10 min later our waiter came to get our order we both ordered the steak both medium well and I asked the waiter to ensure that my steak was not burnt, he said that was how it was cooked when you have it medium well.30 min later we asked what the delay was on our food.
