This is a tough place to come if you need urgent care but aren’t immediately on death’s doorstep. Seen pretty quickly for the initial evaluation, but then had to wait 10 hours for care since a lot of people show up here who are really really sick. The staff/ doctors/ nurses are great, I just wish they would’ve told us when we showed up that we were likely to be there 12 hours and overnight, because we might’ve decided to just go somewhere else. I don't know how they do it. I came in yesterday evening pretty banged up and received excellent care. Everyone was friendly and efficient despite what seemed like a flood of patients. Shout outs to Dr. Sarani, Dr Macinowski (sp?), Resident Halpern, Intern Steph and the kind nurses and technicians!
