Arrived 2 hours before your scheduled time! I'm used to companies arriving late, but Never early. Last year, another company said I needed the coils cleaned and showed a picture of what he said was mine. Todd came and said they were Barely dirty, not enough to need cleaning! It needed 2 pounds of freon and you were nice enough to give me the military discount because my nephew lives with me and he was in the Navy. I'll call you again if I need something.
In the middle of this crazy pandemic Erika and Ashley kept in communication with getting parts, scheduling, making sure I was comfortable with having people coming into my house. They were respectful and kind and were able to get the work done in a reasonable and cost efficient way. Their caring for the customer as well as their professionalism was much appreciated.
Problem was resolved. Timely. pleasant.
