Sent several refill requests for my insulin through my pharmacy and several messages on MyChart. I then receive communication from my pharmacist, telling me "your prescriber has denied your request as the medication is no longer needed" I need insulin to live. Communication and support for health is poor
I have been trying to get a hold of this office for over a week as they denied my prescription refill, which should have 2 refills left, and is now late. My experience has been nothing short of desperate and infuriating.
Once again, I have tried to refill my insulin at this clinic as it has been impossible. I sent a refill request through mychart over a week ago and have gotten no response. When I called the clinic, whoever answered was very unhelpful and said she would tell the doctor it was urgent. It has now been 4 days since that phone call and nothing has happened. Dr. Nadine El Asmar, all of the nurses and techs we have met here have been super friendly and helpful. Dr. Asmar is super helpful with HRT and is really trans-afirming, even with nonbinary stuff. It makes my heart grow feeling how welcoming everyone is. The LabCorp right downstairs in the lobby is by far the best lab work I've gotten done. Both time me and my spouse went, we were in and out in ten minutes, including the time signing in and in the waiting room. The staff is always super friendly and create a warm atmosphere.
Dr Chelsey Baldwin is an awesome person and superb physician. The office is well run and EVERYONE on my two visits has been very pleasant. If you need an Endocronologist you are fortunate indeed if you can be seen by Dr. Chelsey Baldwin
