I’d rate it a zero if that was at all possible. I am currently going back to this ER ONLY because it’s the best option that my insurance covers. While the nurses are very nice and listen to your concerns, the doctors seem to be fake as hell. I communicated that my pain level was at a 10, but still I was addressed with stoicism, nonchalance, and a passing glance. The doctors are great the black medical response workers are rude and disrespectful i cant believe they have people like that working their i will not ever go there again without making sure these workers pay for what they said to me.
