The new office manager is very unorganized and unprofessional. I’m unhappy with the customer service and overall communication within the dentist and the new ortho team.
RecommendedI am a new patient. I came to this clinic because it had a female dentist: Dr. Parker (who I made my appointment to see). Once here I was told that she is no longer with the clinic and I would be seeing Dr. Mata. I only made the appointment last week and I really think I should have been told that the Dr. I was scheduled to see was no longer there. Everyone was great, service was great, I rate it 5 stars!!
They offer Emergency Services, but when I called they wanted me to wait until the next day. To me that is not emergency services!
From my phone call to schedule to the entire visit, I was made to feel like a guest in a home. Dr. Parker get 10 stars and Roxy her assistant gets 10 1/2 (because she scheduled my appointment). They now have a permanent patient.
