Our family cannot thank the hospice staff for their kindness when we honored his wish to die at home. Moira and Kim, your support during one of the most difficult times of my life was worth everything to us, and mere words cannot express our gratitude.
GVNA is top-notch. We have had therapists working with my husband on several occasions to improve his mobility after falling in the home. The PTs show the utmost care and concern for him for which we are most thankful.
Top notch nurses! We couldn't be any happier with the care he has received since being home from his surgery. They are very informative with any questions or concerns we have had. Amazing bedside manner. We will be sad to see them go.

I have to say that the nurses and therapists from Gardner VNA and Occupational Therapy are wonderful. My Mom just got out of the hospital and they have been a Godsend for me and have made it possible for her to go to her own home.
I had my knee replaced on Oct 30, 2015. Steve LeBlanc has been providing expert service 3 days a week. His coaching and guidance has made a huge difference in my recovery. The nursing staff has been fantastic as well. I am very impressed. I had a hip replaced in 2014 and had a different home therapy team that was a big disappointment. I highly endorse GVNA!!!
