I would never recommend these people for handling anything having to do with estate settlement. When my parents passed away in 2015, my siblings and I discovered that the house had not been placed in their living trust. We acquired the services of Gan Van Male to handle a simple procedure of placing the home into the trust. We were told this would only cost around $5,000. By the time we were finished, months later, the cost had grown to in excess of $15,000. I give them low marks for their honesty, integrity, and competence.
