Had a bi-annual comfort check performed whereas the tech didn't report possible coolant leak (coil). Service tech reported all was great with the system. 3 weeks later the system was totally dry of ALL coolant. Called to informed them of the situation and after tech came out to confirmed leak but then GVEC expects me to pay $200 for tech to perform a leak test to verify exactly the leak was. The check was within the warranty 30 days and I feel that they should be partially responsible for the $1120 its costing me to replace ... read more
