Stephen Loewen wad fantastic! He explained everything he was doing and thoroughly checked my AC, both inside and outside a d heater. He was very polite and had a lot of patience with my dog, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend him and will definitely request him for my next service.

Our appointment was originally scheduled for later in the afternoon, but Nathan reached out to let us know there was an earlier opening and asked if we’d like him to come by sooner — which we really appreciated! He did a fantastic job fixing our unit, worked quickly and efficiently, and was incredibly friendly throughout the entire service. We couldn’t be happier with the experience!
