It was installed on August 6, 2025 and the circuit board went out. No AC for 2 days now.🥵
Brandin (that’s how he spells it) was the best, most professional and knowledgable serviceman I have ever had (Sept 2025). Everyone at GVEC over the years has been professional and courteous. A whole team came to install my two A/C systems in 2020 and followed up to ensure everything was running properly. I have lived here and trusted GVEC for 30 years.
Stephen Loewen came out to fix our AC after hours a few nights ago. It was 9:30 pm and he still had another call after us. Even though it was late, he arrived with a smile and full of energy as if it was his first call. He was so professional and kind. Stephen made sure to explain everything he did and answered all my questions. Thank you Stephen for the top notch service and professionalism!
Jason and Devon did a very good job, in very difficult conditions. I mean, who wants to work in an attic with triple digit temps. The evap and blower box had to be disassembled, hauled up through the narrow garage access and put back together. Well these guys attacked it straight on an didn't let up until it was finished. Joe in sales and the GVEC Managers were good to me too.
