Service Tech Jose Campo was on time, courteous, professional, committed, and a hard worker. It was great to have such an awesome Tech performing my HVAC repair and maintenance services today. I have used this service since 2005. They have the most reliable and quality maintenance repair parts. Saved me literally hundreds of dollars when I needed a condenser compared to others I looked at. Including installation. I've had the semi-annual checkups with GVEC for decades. The employees are very knowledgeable and polite. No reason for me to switch to anyone else. This review is for the Champion ac unit sold to us by GVEC in 2019. So many problems over the years are too numerous to list here. Today they are here replacing the coil in the attic unit for the 3rd time (2021,2023,2025) ! To me it's worrisome that GVEC sells units that are low quality. Many sources, tell me that these Champion AC units have been a major headache for GVEC and that's why they no longer sell put them.
