Technician Tony efficiently diagnosed the AC malfunction, disclosed costs and options for repair and onced approved he restored AC functions. Excellent support by telephone agent too.

Every time it breaks, they have to order parts to fix it. They do not stock enough parts to service their customers, so plan on no working unit for up to 5 days. They are Very professional every time they come out though. My unit has broken down so many times, I’ve asked them multiple times to flag my unit as a lemon. But here we are, fixed today and broken tomorrow.
