Update.. June 4 Justin Cook serviced my AC which wasn't working correctly. He identified the problem and put in the order for replacement part. He took the time to check everything out and explain things and we've been satisfied with our experience with Justin. Currently just waiting for the new part. Brittany was great ! Justin, did a great job, explained some things to me, great costumer service. I really appreciated him using his shoe cover s , keeping my floors clean, and he removed the dirty A/C filter with him and put a new filter in. Always great service from GVEC.
The team came out & repaired the leak. They will check back in a couple days to see if all is well. I appreciate that.
