I want to share how impressed I was with the outstanding customer service I received from GVEC. After expressing concerns about recent HVAC work, I called the office and spoke with Erin, who was absolutely amazing. Stephen was so professional. He found a small part ( which he said some may miss) and identified my issue. Thank you so much. Stephen found an issue previously which someone else in the company could not. He is a tremendous asset to GVEC. I will be requesting him in the future if there is ever a problem again. I also appreciate GVEC for honoring my contract as this was the 4th time a repair was needed this year.
