Just switched over to gvec air conditioning. Jose G. came out and did a comprehensive check of my 8 year old unit. He explained and showed some concerns and made recommendations in which I agreed with. I’m very satisfied and glad I made the switch. GVEC is a very reliable company with very courteous professional technicians. 5 Stars +
Jose was a disappointment. It probably wasn’t him personally but the company trying to upsell on this maintenance call. Both units were operational when he arrived but when I went to ask a question suddenly the compressed “went out”. He wanted to sell me 2 capacitors for either $205 or $405 for the turbo, but I told him we would replace them both ourselves for $36.00. As far as the compressor, it works fine but like all, when you cut the power off, then turn it back on it doesn’t start up right away. I kind of felt like Jose... read more
Anthony did an excellent job on coil cleaning in on our a/c. He let me know what he was going to do, and did it. Very professional, polite and thorough. We’ve always had great service from the technicians at GVEC.
Brittany was great ! She was knowledgeable, thorough and nice to talk to. Its great seeing a woman doing this job ! I commend her for a job well done Update. June 30.2025 Jose Garcia just serviced my AC. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and thank him for a job well done in helping to keep my system operating and running smoothly.
