Quality control is non existent. Ordered custom butterfly wefts March 7th still do not have my full order. Hair is dry and tangles easily, color is not consistent. Length is not consistent. 20inch extensions mixed with maybe 14 inch. There is a drop in thickness towards the ends. Really disappointing quality and so far have had no luck getting what I ordered properly replaced.
I initially connected with GVA Hair at Cosmoprof Las Vegas in July while exploring new manufacturers for my salon’s luxury extension line.
