Rice under cook, kept me waiting even when my order was ready on bench, giving all priority to drive through
Fealt very rushed with the service, as i tried to add extra guacamole, the response was its all ready got guacamole. So didnt get the extra i wanted. Cali burito wasnt wrapped well on 1 side either so everything just kind of fell out of my burito. Chips where good though
Unfortunately, the experience was let down by one staff member who was particularly unhelpful. The food itself was fine. Happy to give the place another try in the future and update the review accordingly.
Food is impeccable, but man, the service and wait times... the amount of times I've ordered through the app, the app says my order is ready, then I get there and im told its not ready and have to wait outside in the cold for 15 minutes...
