I called to ask a question about what insurance the took . And that I wanted a new eye made because I am dissatisfied with my current . Made by some one else. Whoever answered the phone then asked me how old the eye is told her a couple years . She then said you don't need a new one go to who made it and have it polished . Didn't even ask why I am unhappy with my current one. I guess when you mention insurance they don't want.to ne.bothered with you.

I had a prosthetic made by the Guzman's in 2016. Antonio, his wife, and Joanetta were wonderful and you can not tell the difference between my real eye and the prosthetic. I am forever grateful to them for their service.

I’m sure there are others with multiple medical problems needing ocular prostheses. I have no other recourse, than to .continue wearing an ill-fitting prosthesis. It is too small now and looks odd. I was a long time customer of Guzman Ocular. In 1986, Tony Guzman created my very first prosthesis at SHANDS HOSPITAL (he had a trailer be... read more
