Guy the actual man came out on the day after Christmas, came at exactly the start of the quoted time window, was super friendly, solved the issue quickly, and just made the whole thing painless for a very fair price. I called in the morning (on a Saturday!), he quoted me a firm price up front, came out the same day, and cleared a stubborn kitchen drain in our 1974 home — cast iron pipes and all. While he was already here, I asked him to preemptively snake several other drains. I found him professional, efficient, and all at an extremely fair price.
