Sitting at a Car Dealership trying to leave with new vehicle. Even the Dealership helped call. Needed an Agents help on Friday afternoon, had to call Columbus to get any help or response. Called and was on hold for 13 minutes,answered,said Hello and they hung up. Called back put on machine hold. Drove to office in Servix Plaza in Ontario,office hours online said open till 5pm,arrived at 3:30pm,closed and dark and business inside was a Health Care facility? With the Insurance sign up above?
