Most regrettable hair appointment ever. When booking I asked for a stylist who had experience doing blonde hair lights and could style thick wavy hair. When she kept having to ask another stylist about my developing color I cringed inside but kept hoping all would go well. Nope, I was left at the wash bowl for over 40 minutes (which is killer on the neck and back), she must have used 3 toners on my hair and again had to consult with the other stylist. Look at all the reviews and you’ll notice a trend, they’re all 60+ I got the worst haircut I’ve ever received in my life here and I was in the army. On top of it they removed my review on FB to make themselves look better. Great place to go if you’re an elderly person but not if you’re younger than 50. All I asked for was a simple fade, it’s SO BAD that I’m not even trying to go out in public until I get it fixed Thursday. The left is what I asked for and the right is what I got and the pics do it NO JUSTICE
I’m 43 and this is by far the worst damn haircut I have ever gotten and I went to basic training. I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted she glanced at it and just did whatever, I knew when I walked in and saw nothing but 70 year old women getting their done I should’ve walked out. But I gave them a chance because I needed a cut, now I have to go somewhere else and spend money to fix it, It’s so bad idk if I can even go out in public. Had an excellent time at Guys & Dolls today! They were able to squeeze me in last minute for a full highlight and haircut, which was highly appreciated. Taylor was awesome, great conversationalist, and did an excellent job. The salon was also clean and the other stylists were very kind.
