Horrible customer service, i called and was giving my car information just to get a rounded bolt out, to see if they could do it, the guy who picked up the phone didn't even let me finish explaining what kind of service i wanted, he just said i don't work on BMW. But he never knew what i really needed. Would not recommend this, if this was over the phone, no wonder how his attitude in person is....🙅🏽
