Rented from guy property management for two years. They never came out to fix anything, luckily the guy who owns my property was always very responsive and came to fix stuff, not sure why he pays them when they do nothing. We finally bought our home and moved out and it took them the full 45 days to send my security deposit after sending my new forwarding address before we moved out of our rental. Awful company.
DO NOT rent from Guy Property Management!!!! The place I rented was horrible (it was infested with mice, you could hear the neighbor sneeze thru the paper thin walls, the backyard fence was falling apart even though it said pet friendly, among many other things). Communication with the company was atrocious!! Make sure to read your lease very carefully before you sign!!! You won't get your deposit back even if you do everything right. Only been renting through them for about three months. When we first moved in we were asked to send the things that needed to be fixed that they missed. Sent it, three months later nothing still has been done. At the two month mark i reached out and Alice Guy tried to get in contact one day. I missed the call but called back the next day. 1st call rang till no answer then it was straight voice mail.
