DO NOT rent from Guy Property Management!!!! The place I rented was horrible (it was infested with mice, you could hear the neighbor sneeze thru the paper thin walls, the backyard fence was falling apart even though it said pet friendly, among many other things). Only been renting through them for about three months. When we first moved in we were asked to send the things that needed to be fixed that they missed. Sent it, three months later nothing still has been done. At the two month mark i reached out and Alice Guy tried to get in contact one day. I missed the call but called back the next day. 1st call rang till no answer then it was straight voice mail. Only been renting for about 2 months, but I feel like the negative reviews are not warranted. Things haven't been perfect, which is why it's not five stars. However, Alice is very responsive and I believe works very hard to try to get things done that need to get done. Just wanted to say thanks for working with me and I look forward to the next 5 years.
I resided here for 17 months and Alice and her team were amazing landlord. Flexible, responsive, understanding, professional, the works. Highly recommend the comfort, affordability, neighborhood. But above all recommend Alice and her team. I am only moving out because my job has moved me 2 hours south. Otherwise would gladly be here for months and years to come.
